6. Korean Seafood Noodle Soup (Jjambbong)

Jjambbong is spicy noodle soup in seafood or pork broth that is loaded with various type of seafood. This hearty dish was developed by early Chinese immigrants in Korea during the Japanese forced occupation.

7. Braised Short-rib Stew (Maeundae galbijjim)

Generally Galbijjim is sweet and savory beef ribs until chilli and gochujang is being dropped into the stew mix, as a result it become Maeundae galbijjim which literally translate to Spicy Beef Rib Stew.
