Predominantly dimsum consists of meat-based ingredients. But over here in Nature’s Vegetarian Restaurant, they serve dimsum made with vegetarian ingredients such as seaweed, mushroom and tofu. Although the vegetarian option couldn’t mimic 100% the texture and taste of traditional dimsum, still it’s a solid effort and taste wise, it’s quite identical.
